There was some confusion with the State on the title to my home. This issue caused a serious delay in the installation of our Solar Panels.

AFX Research completed a very thorough and complete search with great results. They provided documents that I had never seen.

I was hoping after AFX finished a mineral right ownership search on a parcel of land in own would show me exactly who owns the mineral rights. In an opinion of an AFX representative, he believes I am the owner, but recommended strongly that I do a quiet title action.
