I recently rented one of your bikes for a short period, but unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While the rental process was smooth and easy, the bike I rented had a few issues that made my ride less than enjoyable. Specifically, the brakes were making a loud noise, which made me feel unsafe while riding. In my opinion, the safety and maintenance of your bikes should be a top priority to ensure a positive experience for your customers.

Furthermore, I was charged extra money for parking in a "wrong zone," even though I had returned the bike promptly after my rental period. I found this frustrating, and it made me feel like your business model penalizes customers unnecessarily.

Overall, I hope my donation will make you able to invest in some new brakes for your bikes. Good luck and just a tip: customers is king :)
