"Poor customer service. Used table sold as new."

We purchased a table from Zoco Home which on unpacking was clearly not new.
When trying to assemble the table legs, it proved impossible as the bolts supplied were the wrong size. Eventually the correct bolts were sent.
I discussed with Zoco Home that the table supplied was clearly used, and the inconvenience of the wrong bolts.
Normally used furniture is discounted, but told there would be no discount applied.
The table cost over 2000 euros.
Not impressed with Zoco Home
They need to be more transparent in their policy of supplying used articles sold as new for full price. Not very honest in my opinion.

We have bought a lot of tings at Zoco Home in the last and always thought it was a nice shop. This week we bought different things which among them were a carpet that we wanted to try if the colors matched. We said that we wanted to see if we could use it. We came back and wanted our money back as we could not use it……but could not get our money back, but just get a voucher……….
That is for me REALLY BAD service and is not something that wants you to come back to the shop

.........and the answer came almost two years later...... :)

"What a disappointment"

What a disappointment, love the product and follow them almost religiously on Instagram... such a disappointment to learn they are overpriced, have hidden cost, are unorganized, unaware of the customers rights and don't practice good customer service. Unless you like to pay double for your items, i would not recommend to order from this site.

Falta absoluta de profesionalidad y vergüenza. El barniz del armario que compré destiñe y estropea cualquier prenda que pongas dentro. Su respuesta ha sido que compre una lija e intente arreglarlo yo, como si fuera un defecto causado por mal uso y no un defecto de fábrica.
