Arrived on time following a courtesy phone call to say they were on their way, respected our property by covering shoes and using dust sheets, tidied up impeccably and took all packaging away and as for the fitting and finished result- fabulous. Would recommend Concorde as 1 window was problematic but they found a solution. Well done
