Less than 24 hour turn around time. Communication all the way from pickup to delivery with invoice sent midway. Item wash is impeccably clean.

The next day return was incredible. The clothing was perfectly folded and pants were hung and bagged wonderfully. The value for service offered saved me hours of my time that I wouldn’t otherwise have. A must have service for busy people.

$60+ for 2 loads of laundry is very expensive. I am grateful for the help this gave me and for the gift card I was given to use the service.

"What happens when they lose your clothes?"

My pick up went fine. I had an issue with the delivery of my washed items. They picked up 1 large bag and three smaller bags and dropped off two. I immediately knew things where missing. I opened the bags and discovered three sets of king size sheets were missing. I called to report the missing items and received a call back an hour later saying the "warehouse" didn't have them. I was told to wait a few more days for the items to turn up and I could receive up to 60% of the items value if they weren't found. I looked over their policy for the details and discovered it would be a credit to my account and not to my card in file. How does a credit on my account help me repurchase the items? They lost my stuff and I never plan to use them again! I'm filing a claim with the FTC because that's definitely a sketchy business practice.

I can't even fathom how this service could be worse. Lost all my clothes! "Customer Service" was beyond useless.

I just had knee surgery and couldn't get to the laudromat. This took a great deal of stress out of my life and at very reasonable price! Very convenient and everything came back nicely folded and smelled great...I will be using this service from now on!
