"SJS Customer Service are brilliant"

SJS Customer Service are simply brilliant. Long story short, I ordered a pair of crank bolts from SJS Cycles. Royal Mail claim to have delivered them (they didn't, and neither did they leave a delivery card). A request to redeliver them was also ignored. I kept SJS up to date with these events. Naomi and the team at SJS Cycles were brilliant. Upshot is that they have arranged for a new pair to be delivered. This is beyond excellent customer service. I cannot speak of SJS Cycles highly enough. Absolutely delighted customer. Would recommend them most highly. Clearly, customer service is something that they take very seriously.

The items ordered were small rubber washers for a twinhead track pump but all other retailers I found would only sell a complete set for the whole head. Time and again SJS have the item I want without a load of extraneous extras at a good price. Outstanding!

Had them on my bike ( CUBE TOURING 625 HYBRID PRO ) but only had them for a week so far.
