Scaffolding was up for over 3 weeks before kemp made an appearance. We were quoted £980 + vat to start with then the price changed to £1925 or £1800 for cash.
We were also given another price for ‘non essential’ repairs which was declined by the majority of residents sharing our roof.
Used Kemp on recommendation but would probably not use them again.
