From start to finish the process was excellent. Quick reply from Sarah to my enquiry and after a few emails and photos sent, we were given a price. CJ came round to measure up and just over a week later we had the cat flap fitted in our French windows plus a new, clear pane of glass in the matching door. Sarah and CJ are very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication is excellent, we were kept informed throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
