Every detail had been well considered and left no scope for confusion. Texts were sent to remind us of the fitting appointment and even a follow up email to remind us to complete the warranty on the cat flap. I literally cannot praise this company enough. Sarah was so efficient and communication was excellent. CJ came to measure up on the date promised and actually reduced price quoted as job was easier than he thought it would be from looking at photo submitted. I received notifications informing me at every step of the way from Sarah and CJ fitted cat flap today. Fantastic job, very quick and clean. Also gave me several tips re cleaning of the sensors which I wouldn’t have thought of!
