I was looking to get a cat flap installed into our French Style Doors and came across ‘Cat Out of Glass’ online. I sent an enquiry through and was impressed to hear back from Sarah within a matter of hours (and on a Saturday too!).

Sarah advised on the pricing for the service we required and provided a variety of cat flap options for us. We decided to go ahead and CJ popped round and took the measurements the following week - he was super friendly and efficient and advised that it would only be approx 2 weeks for our glass to be manufactured.

On the fitting day, CJ was once again very efficient and removed our existing glass and replaced with our new glass, before fitting the cat flap.

We are so pleased and impressed with the service and product we have received and would without a doubt recommend this great business if you’re looking to get a cat or pet flap installed! They even recycle your old glass for you if you don’t want it, which is so convenient!

"We needed a cat flap for our Tom moggy"

We needed a cat flap for our moggy, the only problem being, we needed cut into a double glazed unit. After a few clicks of searching, Cat out of Glass popped up and it was quite clear that this company offered a complete one stop shop for our needs. Quoting, measuring, cat flap choice and of course finally fitting. What can I say, I sent my enquiry through on a Sunday Morning and I had an answer back from Sarah within the hour! From there I ordered and within less than 2 weeks, CJ had been and measured up, cat flap type chosen and then CJ back to fit it all in. Sarah kept me informed of progress throughout the whole process. The customer service/fitting and quality of the product was beyond world class and if I could have given 10 stars to Sarah & CJ, I would have had no hesitation in doing so. Simply outstanding! I would highly recommend. A happy Moggy and owners alike.

Exceptional customer service offered by Sarah and CJ. A bespoke service, from replacing the double-glazed kitchen door and adapting it to the new cat flap. Professional service, communication and time schedules offered.
After the installation, we had a connectivity range issue with the Sure Flap Microchip Pet door connect, because of some metal interference in our house walls.
Sarah and CJ went over and above to have it sort it out. Together with SureFlap company (another amazing customer service and products) have adapted a new Microchip Pet door connect unit with a wider WIFI range and extended tunnel, especially for our glass door.
We can't thank them enough for their time, patience and expertise offered.
