After 10 days of waiting on my mail, it never arrived. Came like clockwork for the past 14 months.
Samson took care of it for me without hesitation. Hands down best mom out there, with outstanding customer service. I work in the industry so I know a thing or 2 about exceptional customer service.

I’ve been trying to contact them but I can’t get a hold of them. They said they’d send out my package if it were payed before 11 am which it was on Monday. Yesterday I told them that I needed it sent out today and they said ok. Since then my orders still processing, no reply from them. They said they require contact 24/7 but it doesn’t seem to be true since I’ve been sending them emails as well as messages but no reply has been able to tell me what’s the status of my package.

Not sure what to think i tried this site the first 2 orders came no issue I referred a friend they shorted him a qp of super pink witch witch sent out after word for reimbursement and now My 3rd order has not deliver witch i I weekly and will not get a reply he keep going off and online (goes off soon as I message) so if you lose a package don't count on getting reimbursed I got screen shots and everything with our conversation on Skype messenger witch he (Samson) uses as live chat won't reply to my emails or messages

All I gotta say is, wow! Arrived in two days to Alberta. Buds are, light emerald green with a little bit of orange hair, and, LOTS of dark purple almost black speckled through the bud, and frosty! She’s a beauty! Grapey, and sweet, she burns light grey. True 🔥🔥🔥.

Smells incredible and tastes even better, than it smells! The nose is old school grape Hubba Bubba! And the high is pain relieving, focused, relaxed and not a care in my mind. Burns nice and white! Love the purple!
