Recently bought a Cragghoppers winter jacket size 12 very speedy delivery jacket is lovely and cosy and fits well :)

I recently bought some salopettes that were faulty, they sent me a return envelope for a replacement. So far so good.
Unfortunately since my first order the suppliers had changed the design and so now the salopettes were unsuitable.
I filled out the contact form on trek wears website and after a week had still not heard anything. So I contacted them again and received a phone call.
After speaking to Beth and then Hilda (the supervisor) they eventually agreed to send a return envelope for a refund.
As a customer it was not! my fault the first pair were faulty and not! my fault the supplier changed the design.
The most annoying thing about all this is that not once did Beth or Hilda apologise for any inconvenience, if they had then maybe you wouldn't be reading this.

"No problems with my order from trekwear"
I ordered a Trespass jacket for my little girl on the 12th and received it on the 15th with no problems.
I find it a little odd that I only just received an email to say that the order was sent today (the 18th), and my account has also been charged today- quite bizarre considering that I paid via Paypal.
I wonder if there are communication issues with customer services?

I got sent the wrong order so I rang customer service . I wished I never bothered, the line was terrible and having a hearing disability meant I was struggling anyway , so Hilda said " I suggest you listen carefully as I have said it four times already ! " sorry but to me that is rude and I asked her to apologise for that sentence but she refused! I am extremely unhappy and I deserve an apology :-(

"Great after sales service"
Buying things over the web its difficult to get the size absolutely right especially with a brand you are not familiar with and more so when the sizing varies slightly between styles and products from that manufacturer. This is no fault of Trekwear!
So I had cause to return for exchange a couple of products over time both for my wife and myself.
Trekwears service was always brilliant. I pack and return and they send the new product to me. Their delivery is always quick and the prices are great.
Its easy to get it right once but to do it consistently takes real care! Well done Trekwear.

Despite already paid and confirmed dispatched items from my order (30% of total value) were mysteriously cancelled without any notice. No option was given to cancel remaining items to save expensive international shipping costs charged in full at £14.95. No response from Trekwear to e-mails.
Comment to reply from Trekwear: I first received an "Order Confirmation" e-mail and then three days later an "Order Dispatched" e-mail confirming all ordered items dispatched. I was never informed about any out-of-stock items. I have also not been forwarded a copy of any out-of-stock notification e-mail from Trekwear - I can only assume it has never existed.

"Extremely unhelpful customer service staff"
Be wary of buying anything from these, I placed an order for some goggles and when they hadn't arrived after a week, I contacted them only to be told my order was cancelled and someone had called or emailed me. If they had, I really wouldn't be chasing them, would I? Really not a good practice to be selling stock you haven't got, and the website is poor as the order was showing even thought they had cancelled it. The whole experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I won't buy anything from these again

"Good service and quick returns!"
I ordered Short Regatta trousers from Trekwear. I'm in the process of losing weight so after ordering a size too big then a size too small I eventually got the right size!
Yes you have to pay to send things back yourself but as with any small internet company you should expect this and factor it in. I was happy, and you need to think it's probably cost Treckwear almost £10 to send me a £20 pair of trousers so you can't really complain.
If you don't want to pay to send something back, check the returns policy before you order and really if you're that bothered buy them from the 50% more expensive high street/ retail park!

Good range of products, in stock and the delivery arrived as promised. Everything exaclty as described.
Would shop here again in the future.

Tried to place an order several times and tried to contact the company via e-mail and by telephone, but with no response. Very poor - I will not try dealing with them again.
