"Ordered for delivery for 2-4 days and…"

Ordered for delivery for 2-4 days and have been sent an email on delivery now coming from France so will be taking a long time. Have no birthday present for my dad now

"Awful customer service "

Avoid !!!!! Awful customer service. I sent numerous emails and messages through not on the high street in order to obtain a response. 6 weeks later they finally said they would send another product out to me to resolve the issue. It appears the product has not been sent out as I have not received it and yet again have ignored my emails.

It's now 4 days before Xmas and I am without a gift, and have wasted so much time having to continuously chase them.

Fantastic sauces that have depth and character. They also have natural health supplements which is a fantastic idea. Well done everybody at Chile No. 5 looking forward to trying some of the extensive range.

First, the sauces are fantastic. A big thumbs up from everyone at this end on everything we've tried.
Second, customer service has been excellent. I had an issue with UPS (who kept me waiting all day and then just left it on my doorstep the next day) and Chilli No5 responded immediately and offered to resend my order via a different (better!) courier. Full marks from me and a much happier customer who will return when i need more palate-stimulation!

"I love the chilli No5 pizza oil"

I love the chilli No5 pizza oil, I use it on all foods from pasta to cheese on toast. I love the bottle with the gold spout that looks great on your table as well as making it easy to pour the oil over what ever you want. They also do a lot of other chilli oils to suit all needs. But I can highly recommend if you like chilli oil it has the perfect kick to it.
