I'm on day 21 of the 30 days expected to wait for the redress offer to be put in my account.
I could really do with the amount to be deposited into my account to help towards the situation im in. 30 days is really too long to make customers wait considering that when I missed a payment I was hounded with phone calls and messages asking me to pay.
Customer services were not understanding at all when I rang to arrange payments.
Now I'm owed I can't seem to get through or i get cut off.
Will update when I receive my redress offer in my account.
