"What until you see the second shipping fee.. months later!!"

I like the look of the product but after paying the delivery fee when purchasing, I got hit with a second delivery fee a couple months later. The second was double the first and in the end it was almost equal to the product I ordered… and let’s be real things at Buster Punch aren’t cheap so that makes the cost of the overall experience OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Please read all the fine print before cashing out!! And expect to double the price of any product when it comes the shipping and remember the shipping fees you see when paying for the items in your cart are only a portion… there are more to come!

I placed an order on 24th of November 2023, $690.89. Now, February 5th, 2024. They said, "Your order on Buster + Punch: US has been partially refunded." No, it was fully refunded, even when they, Customer Service, said we will ship a partial order. Their incompetence is beyond my comprehension. No one said, sorry, or, we screwed up. I got passed around by one person to another. No one knew what was going on. They just lost a life-time customer. They wasted hours of my time following up. Great job! I will go elsewhere.
