Communications from Manutan were very good and the original delivery date was brought forward by just over two weeks which was appreciated.
However, the order was not delivered to the correct address, a different house name had been used for the address label. Also, the order had been left outside a house that has been empty for many months and we believe was there for two days before it was seen by the son of the previous occupier. This person, kindly enquired of neighbouring properties and delivered the order. The delivery person had left the parcel correctly at the house named on the label - Manutan had, for some reason, not used the name of the house that I had asked this order be delivered to.
