Edit 2: I just went through the reviews and just WOW. Looks like I am not the only one having issues with payouts; looks like they intentionally don't send some payouts then claim that a wrong account number was provided. Please go through the reviews to see it yourself. No more Rebaid for me; there are far more reliable rebate companies who doesn't short people like Rebaid.

Edit after Rebaid's reply: The issues those I wrote about are not specific to my account; providing my account username is irrelevant but which I will provide to Trustpilot if asked.

Long time member here; Rebaid has good offers but payouts takes ages. 35 days for the rebates to be available for withdrawal which is understandable but another ~30 days to send payments is not acceptable. You also can't track your withdrawal requests; I believe this is intentional so they can take their sweet time with the funds.

And the customer service is the worst. It takes them ~15 days to reply to messages.

I am starting to lose my trust in Rebaid to be honest; hope they improve their website, payout schedule and the customer service or it's time to stop using Rebaid for me.
