After confronting them, they failed to reappraise and tried to bully me into taking the offer which was significantly less the actual cost. Robert stepped in and put an end to it. He was very communicative with me and kept me updated through the whole process and helped explain what procedures were. Robert stuck to his guns and didn't let this other appraisal company bully him either. He's been in the game for 30 years. Not the guy to be lying and messing with.
