Stay far away from this place. I purchased a vehicle April 2024. It had electrical issues from the start that the Ford Dealership I brought it to afterwards said they must have known about the issues.
They have not heard the last from me, even if I lose money on an attorney's fees etc.
There is also a law on the Florida books about ripping off veterans.

I was on the market for a second hand car, and found one on their website.
I went to have a look at the car and was met by Jason, who seemed nice enough. he gave me the keys and let me go and have a look around the vehicle on my own (he couldn't even be bothered to walk out to the lot with me). I decided I wanted the car so I went back into the showroom and found Justin. we went through the paperwork, we agreed a trade in price on my old car and i paid my deposit. he advised the car would be ready in a couple of days and that i should have my insurance sorted (as per their small print) ready to drive away.
two days later I went to the showroom as agreed to pick up the car having sorted out the insurance the night before, to be met by Jason, who advised me that during the MOT they had noted a small leak on one of the injectors and that they were waiting for the replacement part so i could not have the car. i rang Jason a couple of days after this for an update to be told there were now other issues that needed additional parts and more time, but they would ring me when it was ready.
three days after this at 17:29 (they close at 17:30) my phone rang once from them and went dead. i tried to call back immediately, but got their office closed message.
as this was the Christmas period i went to the showroom on the next day they were open, asked their receptionist to speak to Jason, who advised he was out, so the "manager" would come to see me.
This person advised that they would not be selling me this car as it had too many problems and that they were just going to put it back together and pass it off to auction. he proceeded to refund my deposit, but he didn't care that i had paid for insurance for this car or that they would now not be taking my old car in part exchange so i was now effectively £600 out of pocket. (after the charges for cancelling the insurance)
Imagine my surprise then after a couple of months to be walking past their forecourt to see the exact same car back up for sale in right at the front of the lot and it is at a higher price.
this feels like a massive scam to me, and out of principle i will never go back to these cowboys.

Be very careful with this garage group, Thay sold us a BMW and did not declare the vehicle had been used as a police car used by the Lancashire constabulary, this has a serious impact on the future value, and the salesman Mark Fennemore did not want to know,

Went in yesterday to look at a used vehicle for my business. The customer rep who helped me was named Omar. He seemed somewhat friendly when we first met. He took down all the information of what I was looking for and showed me 3 vehicles in stock that would meet my needs. He went to grab the keys and brought me out to the lot. That's when things went down hill. He gave me the 3 keys and said the cars are over here in this section. He told me to take a look at them and he was going inside to fax something. He left me in the lot to look for the cars and went in. I was lucky enough to find two of them but was so disgusted how my time wasn't valuable to him that I returned the keys and told him I have never had a salesman just leave me outside and leave. He kinda shrugged and said bye. Its as if he didn't want to make a sale. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I was a little hesitant to walk in there by myself since this was my first car purchase but the staff at EMG made me feel very comfortable and explained the process thoroughly. I will absolutely recommend this business to friends and family hoping that they also have a great experience such as mine.
