Horrible Service – Stay Away!
My Order No: 0589091
I ordered two horns for my Ferrari on January 31, 2025, and after waiting 22 days with no updates, I had no choice but to cancel my order. Despite multiple emails, their customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Even after canceling, I never received a refund, and they completely ignored my emails. I have no idea how this company has any 5-star reviews—it’s a total scam.
Avoid this company at all costs! Consider this a warning ⚠️

Why was my card charged then?
So, you’re saying you accept orders without charging or holding any funds? Then why was my card charged in the first place? Your response is completely misleading.
Your company is a scam, and in my opinion, your 5-star reviews are 100% fake. If you truly cared about customer satisfaction, you wouldn’t ignore refund requests and provide such poor service.
My response to your reply:
Your claim that my order status was “clearly indicated” is irrelevant when your customer service failed to provide any proper updates for 22 days. If you were truly transparent, why did I have to chase you for answers?
As for your so-called “thorough review” of email communications, let’s be real—your team was dismissive and rude. Saying otherwise doesn’t change my experience.
And your biggest lie? Claiming that no charge was processed. Then why does my bank statement show the charge? Stop misleading customers.
I stand by my review—this company is a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

"Lightning fast"
Lightning fast. I ordered a new windscreen nozzle for a Porsche Cayman at lunchtime yesterday. It was despatched within about an hour and the FedEx man was ringing my doorbell at 7am. I didn't even pay expedited - that was "normal" delivery. Part was OEM as expected and works perfectly. Great service.

"Fantastic customer service "
I needed a rear light for a 430 and they had one in stock so it was ordered online unfortunately, the order missed the "next day time" and it was a Bank Holiday weekend and I was going away in the car. To my great surprise one of the staff delivered it to my door at 07:30 on a Saturday morning.
10/10 going above and beyond for great customer service.
