Update - I've changed my mind. The software didn't work first time but recovered a whole host of images not really needed that wasn't what I needed. However on then using chkdsk to 'format' the device and take some blank images I retried and hey presto it worked. So not a complete waste of money and time. I got my images back. Thanks :)
Remind me again why I don't do undertake photography as a profession when technology lets you down... the s/ware helped.

My activation key became invalid in 3 days before I could even download the app. I raised 2 tickets to try and get answers, but was told to uninstall and reinstall and try again. I literally made this purchase one month ago. I have all the proof I need to show I legitimately bought it and never used the code.
