"Replaced windows and doors"

We had our windows and doors replaced which we kept putting off. When we decided to go ahead from start to finish homesmart kept us up to date. The workers were very friendly and kept the place very tidy. We did have a little issue with one window which was sorted the next morning. I would recommended Homesmart as they are very friendly, reliable and very informative. I love our new front door!

Edited review - initially was really pleased with the work done to replace some old wooden facias and soffits. However, a number of problems have since come to light. Firstly, the felt protection underneath the roofline does not go all the way across. That means that the end of the roof is not protected with new felt. Secondly, a hole was left in our roof which had to be subsequently repaired. Thankfully this was repaired quickly as rain would have caused damage but the fact that the roof was left in this state is appalling. Thirdly, the communication from homesmart isn't great. Was called to say that a repair team couldn't make it today due to weather (this wasn't an issue) but then they turned up anyway and seemed rushed to do a quick fix and left again. We have now called homesmart for a third time asking for more repair work and are waiting for confirmation of this to take place. Becoming increasing dissatisfied with this company!

Thank you for the earlier reply. I note in your reply you made reference to 'Access'. For the record my property is 'detached'. There are no access issues, certainly none highlighted at the time. I was only provided with a verbal quote, so don't have any paperwork detailing I'm afraid that I can refer back to. Anyway, it is what it is. Just a shame.

"Roofline replacement project"

Fascais, Bargeboards, Soffits, Gutters and Down Pipes were replaced and some Cladding fitted.
The whole process from start to finish was very professional and everyone was very helpful and courteous, adhearing to Covid rules. It was clear that quality and total customer satisfaction was being delivered by HomeSmart.
The salesman had taken photographs of our property which were invaluable in explaining with samples the products to be fitted and where and why. Followed by the surveyor and it was good to see a full risk assessment done. Installers arrived on due date and were hard working and skillfull, overcoming any issues encounted as this was a complicated project, tidying up at the end of each day. We were kept fully informed by the office staff throught the whole process.
We are very satisfied with the end result and would definately recomend HomeSmart for this type of work.

The salesman was so coconvincing I did wonder if I had done the right thing the next day but the product information left behind still looked good. The installation was really good. Clearly, the team know their job. I was shown pictures of the bits I couldn't see through the loft hatch. All vacuumed up afterwards. Nice men. Great.

The project (replacing soffits and fascia boards) was carried out with professionalism from start to finish. HomeSmart clearly take customer service very seriously and have set themselves high standards. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and focused on doing the best job possible.There was a slight issue with the start date but nothing that caused us a problem. I would certainly use them again for similar projects

They were very helpful and good at explaining the situation with the existing roof and why it needed insulation. I was given a date and time for the work to be done. They came early and started. The work was carried out with care to my carpets and they cleaned up afterwards. The work looks great.
