I'm still waiting for shipping information for about 3 weeks now. They're good at answering when you email them telling you to be patient, but my patience is running thin now. If I don't get it by next week, I will ask for my money back.

I sure hope you get your wigs because they scammed me out of $59.00 And if they happen to tell you that your order will be delivered by uniuni delivery. It’s a scam company. I have been fighting with Wigyy since October of this year.

I have been corresponding with Chris since early November when only 1 of the 2 wigs I ordered arrived and that wig didn't look like the 1 one I had selected. I asked then how to return the wig I got since I wasn't pleased with the look of it and was never worn . He wrote back it was just what I had ordered and gave me a tracking number for my 2nd wig. Ithen tracked the 2nd wig. And found it was ceased by the postal authorities, so I went to the post office and was told the send was informed it was being returned for incorrect postage. There was nothing I could do. So I again emailed Chris requesting a refund of all my money. His reply Nov 20th email offered me 20% refund of my money and a 20% off coupon. Which I declined and Requested my full full refund $102.58 He replied on Nov25 offering 30% refund and 20% coupon that I responded why would I accept less and a coupon from a company that couldn't get my order right the 1st time. I just want all my money back and to send back your wig. And they won't tell me where to send it. Or give me my refund. I don't want coupons, I just want this over.

Wigyy is a scam. Doesn’t matter what I order, they send me a dark brown color. They claim to offer a 60 day return period, but in response to my first email requesting a return address, they asked me to send a picture. In response to my second email with a picture, they said, please stay in touch. After that… nothing. I purchased 2 wigs for about $60 each and now I’m just hosed, because I don’t wear dark brown hair.

It took a while but I am happy with the purchase. I recently bought a topper and sent me the wrong color and I am having a terrible time returning it. Your product however is very nice. Thank you so much.

Worst company ever had the most experience with. Ordered 2 wigs. When they finally arrived wrong colors and nothing compared to advertising. Still trying to get refund. Seriously didn't know that I was getting a product from China. I WOULDN'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Honestly not sure who the company is

Terrible wigs. I get a better on Amazon for 1/2 the price.
Customer service was responsive regarding the delay in shipping but it took weeks to get merch. Definitely will never order again. A total waste of money
