Poor, Pathetic service. I bought iphone 15 and exchanged it with Pro128GB. I was told that I ll receive my phone once th eold phone is returned. I returned my old phone which vodafone have received and I have delivery receipt. I have shared my receipt with the local store but they keep on saying that they have not received my old fone and are unable to deliver my new phone. They are continuously charging me on the monthly basis but not giving me my phone. Activation no : 0172-4976384.
