I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flexfoto. Our experience was nothing but a nightmare, starting with the loss of our pregnancy photos and a very bad customer service.
Firstly, the company completely lost all the photos from our pregnancy photoshoot. These photos were incredibly important to us, and losing them was devastating. It was our first and only baby. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company handles these mistakes that really shows their true colors.
We took the photos when my wife was 37 weeks and they asked us 4 weeks to process and edit the photos. They called my wife when she was 41 weeks asking if she went for a pregnancy photoshoot because they lost the photos. She was devastated, overdue, sad and didn’t want to re-take photos since her belly was much bigger and lower now.
When we contacted the company to resolve the issue, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of offering an apology, a compensation and a solution, the representative was dismissive (taking long to reply to us) and unhelpful. It was clear that they had no interest in rectifying the situation or making any effort to compensate us for our loss.
We were offered no compensation or even a simple acknowledgment of their error. The lack of accountability and empathy from the staff was shocking and left us feeling frustrated and ignored. By the way, they even mentioned that this is a risk when you take photos - but it was not mentioned in advance.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using Flexfoto to think twice. A company that cannot handle customer issues with respect and professionalism does not deserve your business. We are deeply disappointed and will not be returning or recommending their services to anyone.
