Delivered the wrong package with none of the items I ordered and several I didn't. They were quick to send off the next package, which I definitely appreciated, but because the original box was damaged in the initial delivery, I had to pay $12 for a new box at FedEx to send the wrong delivery back.

Being in the UK i can't get some supplements locally. And m&s do some great offers so I buy lots then to offset a already reasonable shipping fee. Service is great, lost a package once and they re sent the next day. Takes roughly 7 days from ordering to delivery . Very happy
