"Unreliable"

Ordered on 12 September 2017. Still not received 8 days later. Had to purchase plates from elsewhere as MOT booked. Refused to cancel order and refused to compromise on refund request.

"Totally unhelpful...AVOID"

Totally unhelpful customer service, they say the system is automated but send out poor quality plates with mistakes on and have no refund policy...
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...

"Cheap Plastic Plates that get water damaged 3 months in - Avoid!"

I have been ordering from MyShow Plates for many years now, probably 5+ years, and have recommended many customers. I used to work in Halfords and for smaller sized plates that we did not stock, I must have referred several hundred customers alone as your sizes for acrylic plates were great and well produced.

I recently around 2 years ago stopped ordering from you, because I learnt you had decided to pick profits over quality, and you were manufacturing from the cheap plastic backing plates are opposed to the proper sigma acrylics. These numbers plates are absolutely useless as water gets between the cheap front sticky and the plastic black backing and the are ruined within a few months - you know this as when I once asked you many years ago, you told me yourself these type of plates were cheap and 'rubbish', I have the email if you wish to see it?

I only re ordered this week as I went onto your website and found a statement to say that you use the finest acrylic material to make number plates, a message which is strongly incorrect as I got the cheap tat that I was trying to avoid!

Plates took 5 days when next day guaranteed was paid for . Had to buy some plates from Halfords instead .they ignored my emails for any kind of refund will never deal with this company again a total waste of time

"Bad number plates with no way of a refund!"

Bought two plates, both turned up quick enough, however the GB logo on one had been cut out and stuck on badly and they managed to miss a letter out of the rear number plate. I would have thought if they did one then maybe they would have looked at the second.
After informing them of this, I was told a new one would be sent out. Nearly two weeks later I received a replacement and again, same mistakes.
Asked for a refund after having to go elsewhere and have just been told that because they are custom because of the letters then there are no refunds. So basically no refund policy if they are wrong or below par!
Very rude on the phone, bad customer service and I've been told there's nothing they will do and I won't be getting a refund. Really poor.
Lesson for the day, buy cheap, buy twice!!

"I thought these guys were great until I had a problem"

Been ordering plates from this company for a few years now.

Their plats are great when they arrive as they should. However, if you have a problem the customer service is terrible and very RUDE. They blame the problems on you, refuse to deal with you over the phone, and will only talk by email.

After being a happy customer for many years, and having placed about 10 orders, I'm now left with a fowl taste in my mouth.
