"Saved my interest in hosting an Ark server"
I had tried hosting a server with two other well known providers before BlueFang and while the others had okay customer service, I've always been able to get prompt responses from BlueFang.
My biggest issue with the other providers was that even with minimal mods on the server that were well known supported mods, the server wouldn't stay stable much more than 12-24 hours. This didn't occur at first but eventually became a daily occurrence and despite me troubleshooting by tickets and removing mods one by one I still couldn't fix the issue. At the end of my stay with my previous provider I even wiped my database though I didn't think it would fix anything and sure enough with the two simplest of mods the server would hang and crash.
I had enough and knew of BlueFang because of a PVP server I had played on and had witnessed some of their support for that server first hand. Although they are a little more than these bargain providers it's for a reason. Not once have I had a crash now in the month I've been hosting and have had it running continuously for days with no issues, only stopping the server for updates.
BlueFang offers your standard ticket based system as you'd expect but they also offer live chat when staff is available and countless times I've actually talked to them on their TS for support.
Why are you still reading this, if you need a new better provider look no further or even if you're just getting started.

"Lack of professionalism"
I ordered service for an Ark game server, I saw they added two things since last I order one.
– Automatic Server Restarts (server reboots if it crashes)
– Automatic Mod Manager (mods checked and updated upon server restart). This is puffing at its finest... They allow you believe in more than it is and then will argue you didn't do proper research. I have found several complaints in which Bluefang always turns on the customer. They are in to getting your money not providing a good serivce in which customers recommend to others because of the professionalism of the staff.
Josh, a partner and head over billing was unwilling to try and assist me until I pushed back and informed them I was going to let others know. I went as far as to ask for a prorated or even partial in order to recoup a small portion of my money. The only thing he would offer was an other service, Which would be fine if you could schedule your own updates, restarts, custom rcon commands. If you could change your own map, startup script. The autoupdater they do claim is nothing more than what the Ark devs has already made available in recent updates (which may or not work, Steam.) No auto server backup, No one click serve wipes for new runs. No simple ark server map installs. No mod workshop, one click installs. The only control you have is: Restart, start, stop, ftp and steam update (THAT is all).
I will say this, Craig and Tracy (support) are quick and very helpful. I wish I could rate the support different, but when I saw how pointed and crossed arms Josh was it's a 1 star all the way. For someone in billing customer service, you get the impression all he wants is the money not a satisfied customer to boast the company.
Simply they are not worth (IMO) the money nor hassle. Do what I failed to do, look around GTX, server blend, havoc...All much better that Blue Fang Solutions.

does not have mod support.they can only setup basic server for game . ticket times are great. paid for high cpu and yeah its high cpu running 90% almost all the time filled with lag .If you do get a server here jose or brad are the 2 that you should talk to .TS3 for support also but never get pulled to ask a question even if you put a ticket in .
