"Great communication put poor outcome"

I purchased the 60 watt drain plug light for my husband for Christmas on December 11th. On December 13th I was informed that it was going to take approximately an additional week to make and that a free mini britebite would be thrown in as a courtesy due to it being late. I was impressed by the quick communication and the gift as a courtesy. The drain plug light was delivered on December 26th, after Christmas, and a britebite was never thrown in. We have not installed just yet so I cannot give an honest review on the quality. I was ultimately impressed until the item showed up after Christmas and the promise was never met with disappointment to follow.
