LVP are great to deal with, everything went seamlessly. I got recommended LVP from a work colleague. I made contact with Shaun and he carried out a site survey promptly. We had 15 solar panels with a Solas hybrid inverter installed. The process in dealing with LVP worked very well from Una in the office to the installation team. The installation is extremely neat. I have since recommended LVP to other friends and 2 friends and they have had their solar system installed and are very happy as well.

I have this system for 10 years. Never had a problem with it. Recently I needed to replace the anode and made contact with the company. From first contact to last contact I could not praise them more highly. Had to make two calls to verify that what I was doing was correct. Both times 100% satisfaction. Have to eat my words from my previous poor review of LVP service , fully accept the delay of getting support due summer holidays and staff being out my technical issues were misunderstandings of the new solar box operation with respect to extreme short term temperature display swings coupled with a senior moment re setting my oil fired heating isolation valve causing double water heating and scalding hot water , all sorted now take back my earlier poor review , LVP have fully sorted and supported me ... thanks and apologies for a poor review in error

LVP did a fantastic job with our solar pv system. From start to finish the team was professional, efficient and extremely helpful and informative. The pre- install work was very thorough, there was good, clear communication in the run-up to the installation day. The team arrived on time, and were extremely courteous and worked very hard. They cleaned up fully when they finished up. Post installation I received 2 follow up calls to check that everything was working well and to answer any further questions I had. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking at Solar .

I recently increased my solar system by installing additional panels. I again engaged LVP to do as they had already installed my existing system and a thermodynamic solar box previous to that. Brian managed the project from start to finish, visiting the site and advising me on the number of panels and where they would fit. His level of expertise and knowledge is second to none and he explained and answered all and any questions I had. The install on the day by Mickey and his team was to the highest standard and the job was completed in no time. Thanks to Una and Aneta for handling the invoicing and payment in a seamless and professional manner. My experience over the years with LVP has been extremely positive and I highly recommend them if you are thinking of putting in, adding to a solar system or installing a hot water solar system.
