"Good delivery but bike setup poor"

The bike itself is excellent and the delivery was prompt from H2 Gear. I'm disappointed however with the bike setup. The gears are all over the place and will not function with any consistency, given the bike has an ultegra group set fitted I'm presuming this is down to setup. Unfortunately I have no idea how to rectify the issue so will have to spend more money getting a local shop to set the bike up properly. This really is something I expected to be done

Alway check the cartridge to see what way it is fitted in the post before fitting it to your bike. (mine was set up for internal use so i had to swop it for external use's)
Fitting it was easy.
I had to cut down the out cable as well to fit my bike.
First ride & all is good it works well.
First few times it was a bit jerky but smoothed out after that.
seat clamp is good & works well so far.
