Needed a quick canvas done for a birthday, sent my picture in via the website and 1 hour later it was ready to collect from the Portsmouth store, delighted with the service, thanks guys

Fantastic service, I just ordered a few prints of my family from our recent holiday and they arrived very quickly and looked great on the wall. Colours were very vibrant and sharp, really impressed by the quality vs others I've had printed elsewhere 10/10

"Empty promises"

I am not using this company again. Having contacted them through their website, i sent details of my canvas print request. I shortly received an email confirming that they had received my email. A couple of emails later I had arranged my print, confimred when and where i could collect it, how i was going to pay and everything was good to go...or so i thought. I arrived at the Poole store to collect my item and pay - as agreed, to find they weren't expecting me, didn't know about my order and had no record. They then found the emails and assured me they would send me a proof the following day. It got to late in the afternoon and i still had no proof sent to me. I rang them and the man again, didn't know who I was, but assured me that he will be in the office in an hour, and I would be contacted with a proof. I waited the hour, by which time the office was closed and i couldn't contact anyone. I have since emailed them with a complaint, but had no response.
Luckily for me, another fab company came to my resue and resolved my issue within 24 hours - which was vital as it was a leaving present for someone moving to Australia.
I couldn't recommend this company less - unless you are going to have the time and stand and watch them do your request.
