I got tired of waiting on the order so I did a charge back. I live within 20 minutes of this company and I ordered a blanket as an anniversary gift, thinking it would arrive in time. I should have had this blanket already or received some kind of communication regarding shipping. I have had no updates since I placed the order. I called multiple times and they never answered the phone. I got suspicious, thinking maybe they were just criminals, so I took a look at the reviews. They seem to be a legit company but I just decided it was better to cut my losses. It sounds like their products are of poor quality. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

"Can't return for refund if not satisfied"
Trying to return the blanket for a refund under their 14 day return policy. No response from the company via email or phone. Do not buy from them. Over $200 wasted.

I purchased a blanket for a birthday and while it was delivered on time, the weight of the blanket was not correct. I ordered 18 lb and received 15 lb. I spoke to the former owner on the phone (apparently the current owners are having health issues and she was helping). Well, after paying to return the original blanket and paying to ship the replacement, I've received nothing. It's been months and no one is responding to either email or phone. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered from this company in time for a holiday gift. They not only never delivered the blanket they will not respond back about a refund. The owner blamed it on supply chain issues but they never reached out to let the customer (me) know about the issues. They are terrible to interact with as they have not kept to their word.

"Do not buy from this company"
My husband thought he would surprise me by getting this throw to help with my anxiety. I was in Texas at the time so though he was doing a good thing by supporting a local business, was a big mistake. The quality of the throw was terrible so I contacted the company for a return, they were slow in responding but I did get the return code and shipped it back to them within the time frame that was stated in the return policy. Almost 2 months later, I have not received a refund and they do not answer phone calls or emails. Do not make the mistake that my husband made.

My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list.
10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.

"Poor customer service"
I ordered a weighted blanket through Mosaic Weighted Blankets based on suggested weight but was too heavy and causing pain. I ordered through them on the basis they said you had 30 days to return items. I attempted to call/email customer service multiple times to get a return label but couldn't reach anyone and finally, because there is a 30 day limit to returns and I knew it would take time to get back to them, I paid out of pocket for an expensive way to mail it back to them but get a return receipt. So I know they received it within the 30 day limit. The blanket was in perfect condition and essentially never used and in original packaging, all as requested. They claim they do refunds in two weeks on their website but several weeks later no refund and again no response to call/email. I am out a lot of money and feels like they are not an honest company.

$129 on sale and good quality. I can find a same size and weight of blanket for $50 Made in China in Amazon but feel better to get one that’s Made in USA. SOOO TIRED OF “MADE IN CHINA” product!!

"Customer Service is not good."
I initially reached out to their customer service to help narrow down which blanket to buy. They recommended the weighted comforter with the minky cover and gave me a link, I noticed that the item they sent me had no description of the minky cover and asked about it but they said no that's the correct one. Two weeks later my blanket arrives (the wrong blanket as I suspected) and after reaching out for over a week I finally got the return label for this one and did a separate order for the correct blanket (which arrived another two weeks later despite my please to processionals it quickly as I was led astray by their customer service during my initial order).
I've now been trying to get a refund for the initial order I made OVER A MONTH AGO and have had no response from their customer service team. Additionally I have gotten and replied STOP to THREE different numbers texting me links and coupons to their store, which I never signed up for.
Love that it is made in the US and the blanket is nice (beads are a bit loud rolling around inside), but working in customer service myself I'm very disappointed with their lack of response and additionally their lack of securing my data/ opt out preferences.

"I ordered a Mosaic blanket"
I ordered a Mosaic blanket. My card was charged before it was shipped. I call and reminded them to ship my blanket. The blanket was not what I thought. I jumped through Mosaic's hoops to return the blanket. They recieved it. I had to contact them twice to credit my $. The blanket was just too small. Otherwise their product was acceptable. The customer service was a goose chase. My review on the Mosaic website was immediately removed. That is why there are all 5 star reviews on their site.
