The service we received from the Hot Tub Superstore was fantastic from start to finish. We received our hot tub promptly after the initial order was placed and were really impressed by the professionalism of the team sent to install the tub. We had a minor issue which needed to be rectified a few days after installation but a technical team was sent back promptly to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone thinking of purchasing a hot tub.

So pleased with my Michael Phelps 8 hot tub from these guys. Owned it for a year and had to deal with after sales and parts for general advice or items like filters and cosmetic items. The Support team have been really helpful and customer focused. I cant reconmend The Hot Tub Suerstore enough. Same for MasterSpa for the UK climate their insulation is best in class.

The Blackpool show room has a hot tub for everyone and their budgets.The staff weren’t pushy but where there when you needed them. The web site is great, I ordered two filters and couldn’t believe how quickly they arrived. I ordered a hot tub from them, yes it took a few months to receive it, but was told that when I bought it. It was well worth the wait. The two men who set it all up, where very helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub. I’ve got severe arthritis and the hot tub is fantastic for easing the pain and stiffness, and 30 minutes in the hottub before bed and I sleep like a log fantastic. The only down side when I went to order a few things like a rail to help me in and out and a few other things, they hadn’t them in stock,so had to leave my email to let me know when they where back in stock. I ended up having to have a rail made. Which meant I couldn’t use my hottub straight away. But I would still recommend them.

Just received my hot tub about two weeks ago. The staff have all been great, from the sales department, finance and the delivery and setting up. Any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally at all times. I needed extra help with the set up and this was dealt with brilliantly with the team involved.
