Once assembled, the bed I ordered did not fit how I had intended in the room, and resulted in a sub-optimal use of space in what is a fairly small bedroom. I went back to the Clapham store, and Michelle was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to help me find a solution.

The fitters also had an issue when assembling the new bed, but were very friendly and also happy to listen to my suggestions, and managed to get the bed in situ in the end.

I received excellent service at the Clapham store (contrasting with a previous visit to the Camden branch, during which I was completely ignored), and could not recommend them highly enough.

We were kept informed about delivery date and time and the team who brought our new bed and mattress were very capable and friendly. Buying a new bed is a big thing for us, so Warren Evans team made it all so relaxed and easy. Thank you all so very much. The bed is so comfy!
