Very prompt delivery, with excellent communication at every step of process, and gorgeous bedside lamps... BUT... persistent 'hum' when lit is really irritating when you're reading in bed☹️
UPDATE/EDIT am editing this review to reflect the prompt message from Customer Service to say the issue may be with lightbulb (which I did not purchase with lamps), so I will see if a change of bulb makes a difference. So impressed by their service. And again, these lamps are stunning (hum or no hum!)
