"Arrived with cracked mouth piece "

Unfortunately when my package arrived, the mouth piece was cracked which made the oil leak out a little bit but I still tried to use it (which was my mistake), this made me feel a bit nauseous. I would recommend wrapping the vape itself in a light bubble wrap inside of the packaging. If it wasn't for this I probably would have marked it higher but seeing as I can't really use it, it's hard to tell.
