- Several weeks went by and we did not receive our order.
- There are very scarce replies to emails.
- When their phone number works (sometimes there is no dial tone), no one ever picks up.
- We asked for a refund and still did not receive a response, a colleague had to threaten legal action before we were responded to and refunded.
Absolutely diabolical, stay away!

Bought over £100 worth of product, waited for weeks, nothing recieved, company is impossible to contact, 10x calls never answered, voicemails and emails ignored. Luckily we paid on PayPal so will be opening a claim today!

"Scam, do not order from this company"
Ordered £300 worth of phones over a week ago. Nothing has turned up and I have called the number 12 times now and either go into a queue which hangs up at the end, or goes to a voicemail that no one replies to. Have also emailed and used the web form.
Luckily I paid by paypal so I will be opening a dispute today.

"Muy mal servicio y no cumplen con envios"
Desde finales del año pasado colocamos una orden con esta empresa, esta orden era por 55 teléfonos. Se tardaron casi dos meses para despachar y luego resulta que solo enviaron 33 teléfonos. Quedaron pendientes 22 teléfonos. Hemos tratado de contactarlos por todas las vías y nunca responden, se les ha llamado por teléfono, enviado e-mail, por twitter, por facebook y no responden. Me tienen pendiente de despacho los teléfonos y también les hemos solicitado que reintegren el dinero de los teléfonos que no despacharon pero no responden.

"Good price but poor customer service"
If you try and ring their customer services department you will be lucky if they answer . It took me several weeks to get a response despite emails and continual ringing . The explanation given was their website was having problems (not sure how that effects the phones ) . Having said that almost 4 weeks later the phones turned up .when you're a small company and you spend over £500 on phones it makes you a little nervous .
