Io ho personalmente avuto un'esperienza eccezionale, a seguito di un acquisto il libro è arrivato in condizioni non consone, e loro si sono immediatamente adoperati per la sostituzione. Ordering and shipping was great and the book came quickly with no issues. The book had both Italian and English text and I feel that the English was poorly translated. The book reads funny/odd and is dry and uninteresting. There's a lot of valuable information but it's tough to read. I was surprised that it was a papper-back, I expected a hard bound but the pictures and print quality are excellent.
