From my initial contact with the company on a Friday afternoon, the staffs' response was extremely prompt and professional as well as friendly, they made me feel completely at ease.

Peter returned my several phone calls that afternoon very promptly and provided me with detailed information and advice on the extremely well priced and excellent value for money products I enquired about.

Because I was travelling abroad within a couple of days of my initial enquiry and subsequent order the same day, Peter arranged to have my order delivered that very same evening, which was absolutely fabulous.
