Thought I had found the perfect dresses for my bridesmaids. Pictures on the website looked like exactly what I wanted so I ordered them after looking in numerous bridal shops and finding nothing we liked. They took 6 weeks to arrive as expected. When I opened the package I was horrified. The dresses are absolutely hideous and very poorly made. I now have to look for some more dresses and aislestyle are reluctant to give me a refund, so currently playing email tennis with them and threatening legal action as the item on the website is a total misrepresentation of the product you receive. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
If there was an option of zero stars i would choose that!

"Excellent dress and service"
I will be honest I was sceptical buying from abroad when I've not see the quality so I ordered one bridesmaid dress. Absolutely fantastic and amazing quality I then ordered my second bridesmaid dress which has come today and like the first one is fabulous I am so pleased the quality is fantastic and the dress is beautiful I cannot wait to see my bridesmaids in them. As for customer service it is the best I have come across, have been so helpful in directing with colours when I wasn't sure what I wanted, I would definitely recommend to others as I cannot praise them enough.

"Waste of money!"
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this website and it arrived about two weeks late. It also turned out to be a cheap and tacky version of the dress in the photo. I tried to contact the customer service to track my order several times via email or phone but no luck. I didn't receive any reply to my emails either. This company does not accept refunds. I agree with previous reviews, this company is very dodgy. Communication is impossible and dresses are poor quality. Save yourself money and stress and don't use their services.

"If I could I wouldn't even leave a one!"
A week after delivery was due I rang to find out where the dress was and told that they would have to check and would ring me back that day. No one bothered to ring me back, it took me a further 3 days, several phone calls and emails later to receive contact. I was told the dress hasn't been started and would be delivered in two weeks.
The dress arrive 2.5 weeks later. It wasn't finished! The appliqués were falling off, the beading was loose. Their were threads hanging out all over, and random net stitches that were easily visible over the top of the dress rather than under. The illusions neck line wasn't illusions at all as the stitching was seen connecting all the appliqués. There were pins left in the dress, and no hook and eye to cover the zip.
Their communication is awful not only does it take several days, and attempts of both phone calls and emails to make contact anything received is in broken English. 2 weeks after delivery I received the invoice from TNT for the delivery, the same delivery whic was added on to the total payment at checkout. I was told I could have a refund of £150 this was to cover the costing of a seamstress finishing the dress and ensuring it was completed correctly, taking some of the appliqués off and starting again on the neck, shoulders, tidying up all over. They never paid the refund, they told me a reference number which the bank said was unrecognised and were not able to trace. I have since attempted further contact and has no response what so ever. I have now passed this over to trading standards in hope they are able to do something about this. Do NOT use this company for your dresses. It is a waste of money, a lot of stress for an unfinished and unwearable product!

"appalling service - DODGY COMPANY"
I ordered a 'maternity' bridesmaid dress which had to be chased numerous times as it was so late to be shipped, eventually only arriving with days to spare. When it did arrive, it was so badly made, there was no way it was maternity. I couldn't wear it at the intended event.
The company has since basically ignored my numerous emails requesting a refund, and there is no answer on the telephone number supplied on the website. Judging by the correspondence and one conversation I managed to have during the time I was trying to chase the dress in the first place, this is a Chinese based company with staff who speak very poor English (which may explain the discrepancies in size guides).
I have tried to comment on their site and social media sites, but they have a filter in place that "reviews" all posts - and therefore only the good get through ! DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND HAPPY CUSTOMER COMMENTS.
I feel ripped off and now have a dress that served no purpose and caused a lot of stress to organise. Massively out of pocket too

"bad service"
i ordered my dress at the beginning of March!! i still havnt received and UPS whom they use have now requested for my maid of honour( whom its been shipped to) to wait in from 8am-6pm for delivery and pay an additional £20gbp for import duty!! needles to say we have not taken delivery as she couldy stay off from work for the whole day!!! then ups sent it back to China now they have to authorise it to be sent back too uk!!! TOOO LATE NOW!!!! NEVER AGAIN

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from them a long time ago and am still waiting to receive them. When I emailed them to ask when I would receive my dresses it took days before I got a reply. They told me they had a back log of dresses due to high demand and it would be up to 15 days late. Guess what...... Still waiting. Now I find they are pretty much uncontactable and don't reply to emails and they are always unavailable via telephone!!
Terrible terrible service. My advise, just don't waste your time and energy. I'll update if I ever get my dresses.

"Bad business."
A company you can't get in contact with is running a bad business. I would not recommend this company. Luckily I didn't pay anything and I assume, that would be a nightmare if I had.

"The worst service I have ever encountered anywhere - AVOID"
I buy online often & I always give honest, positive feedback when the experience has been a positive. I tend to say nothing at all if the experience is not so good, as I am aware that individual expectations differ. However on this occasion I feel I have to write an honest review in order to protect innocent Brides-To-Be who are looking for a bargain from being let down and ripped off.
I ordered a dress from this company in February, initially believing they were a UK firm given their company name - they aren't they are based in china. They were quick to take my money & send me an expected delivery date for March. I waited excitedly for the dress to arrive, the March date came & went, but no dress, no explanation from the company. I contacted them requesting information, they eventually came back to me, apologising and stating that they were far too busy and couldn't actually give a delivery date!. Despite my better judgement I still didn't cancel the order, I didn't want to admit I'd made a massive error of judgement, I really wanted the dress! (something they no doubt bank on!) I waited a further 2 weeks - nothing at all, no dress, no explanation from the company. With just 1 month to go to the wedding, I'd given up on the idea of ever receiving the dress so emailed again, this time cancelling the order & requesting a refund. No response. I confirmed the cancellation in a second email a week later & I requested a refund for the second time. Once again - No reply. Having gone out & bought a dress locally for a similar amount of money, I emailed the company yet again requesting a refund - Nothing!.
Today, just 2 weeks before my wedding I arrived home from work to find a UPS note through my door requesting payment (cash or cheque) of £24 in order to deliver the dress! (The Cheeky Swines!) They completely ignored my request to cancel & sent it anyway. But if that isn't bad enough, I have already paid them £35 postage & packing when I ordered and paid for a dress I didn't receive and here they are requesting I pay more money out for a dress I cancelled because it never arrived! I immediately emailed the company and guess what? that's right - no one replied. If I could give NO stars for this company, I totally would. Weddings are expensive and stressful enough without hassle like this, my advise is don't add to your worries girls - Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a dress and it arrived later than scheduled!!! This incompetent people never replied to any of my mails... Wanted my money back but no chance!!! They are corrupt and ready to ruin the most beautiful day ever... Disappointed and really unhappy I would NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER order a dress again...

It is a shame that they dare to answer more than a year later!!!! This is by the way the only answer I ever had from this corrupt company! I was so very upset but luckily I could get a lovely dress just on time from an honest company in the Netherlands and not from China...
