"Incorrect product delivered"

Incorrect product delivered. Correct net with too small a frame. Twice! Something fundamentally wrong with packaging, single-fold frame in a box stating 12ft wide yet box is 4ft wide. Upon request for replacement it seems just sent the same again without checking.
