WOW is the best way to describe my experience with Robinsons of Bawtry. I had made an order online but was having major payment issues which was strange and very frustrating. Chantelle from the customer service team is and incredible person and what her colleagues should aspire to be. She guided me though the process and was communicating with me constantly. This is the best experience I’ve had with any customer service department, no AI nonsense an actually person genuinely trying to help!!!!! I received my item very quickly as the payment issue was resolved. Once again thank you to Chantelle what an incredible person!!!!! For sure would recommend purchasing again!
