Katie was incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns and questions about the preparationfor the interview. She also kept me informed throughout the entire recruitment process and communicated with me frequently. I also felt comfortable contacting her if I had any questions at any point- a fantastically smooth process!

"Excellent Work Katie Nelson"

I have been helped through this process by Katie, who has been fantastic every step of the way. From helping push getting the first interview for the position and keeping me regularly updated to liasing with Intelling to confirm that I had attained the role and what next steps I needed to do.
Katie always made sure that I was well informed and went through preparing for my interview, what to expect and what to ask if I had follow up questions of my own.
I highly recommend her as a recruitment agent and I'm sure Katie will continue with her high quality standard of work.

"Thorough and invested in finding me a job!"

I had a wonderful experience working with Katie Nelson and the YourPrime team as I looked for a new opportunity, especially in these crazy times. Despite not being able to place me immediately, Katie was always available, personable and detail-oriented in her feedback. Her knowledge of the industry and the job market is definitely a huge asset as I was able to customize my CV to meet recruiter requirements and has led to several doors that were previously shut, opening up!

"Negative experience turned good."

I applied for an RPA Developer role advertised by YP recruitment. After an initial conversation with Katie Nelson via phone call and me raising some concerns about the role, I was sent a job description via email.

I politely declined the role as it included low pay, need for re-location, inappropriate job responsibilities and was all around quite a poor job description for the RPA market (included Customer Service type responsibilities, IT Administrative duties and contained several red-flags I would associate with poor work culture).

After declining any further want to pursue the role and giving feedback on the client-written job description, Katie felt the need to give me feedback on my feedback. She defended the job description in an aggressive, rude and unsettling way which didn't give me any confidence that she would represent my best interests.

Edit:
After a constructive and friendly talk with Ben Bray, the Director of YP, I have changed the review from one to four stars. He was understanding of my thoughts and criticisms and was apologetic that my experience had been so negative. Whilst my experience with Katie was still negative, I shouldn't hold YP accountable for the actions of one employee.

"Friendly and Supportive Staff!"

Ben has been incredible in terms of supporting me with attaining a role I was interested in. Not only was he available to answer any questions I had but he was also at hand to assist and prep me before an interview. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Great experience overall with me landing the role thanks to Ben’s help. A huge thank you to Ben and YourPrime Recruitment! Would highly recommend!

"Unprofessional company"

Unprofessional company. I returned one of the consultants calls (Hannah Wood) and left a voicemail mail. A minute later I receive a call from Hannah stating that she saw a missed call and wanted to know who I was and why I was calling. When we spoke later in the day Hannah did not know what role I had applied for and asked me various stupid questions. Rule number one, check which job the candidate has applied for before phoning them and check your voicemail before returning a missed call...this is basic.

In response to the companies reply - I refer you back to my previous comments. YourPrimes so called 'consultants' are unprofessional. The consultant did asked unintelligent questions, including asking me 'what does a conveyancer do'. I would be embarrassed if I employed staff with such limited knowledge. It is prudent to carry out your research if you do not understand what a role entails; this is basic recruitment practice.

Following my review on Trustpilot I was then harassed by 'Ben' who called my mobile phone a number of times asking me to call him.

I would not recommend YourPrime Recruitment to friends/colleagues. I have already informed a number of my colleagues of my experience, who have confirmed that they would stay clear of this company.

I was contacted by Katie through linkedin for a job I was suited for. Katie was very friendly and professional through the whole consultancy from first contact to the point I got the job. She helped me through every step and helped me secure the job.

I was contacted by Your Recruitment and my recruiter Katie Nelson, took the time to understand my CV and what my goals and aims were from a new role! Katie talked me through each stage of my interview process and supported with advice and ensured I was fully prepped before my meetings.

I have nothing but great things to say about the level of service and support received and would highly recommend Katie and the agency.
