Refreshing to find a company with good customer service these days :-) Great service from proofing, to some advice on what would look best in regards to size and depth on each of our different sizes. They even managed to remove some text from one of the photos without having to lose part of the photo. The delivery was speedy and well packed, and we couldnt be happier with our pictures now hanging on our walls!

The printing is decent, if unspectacular. Significantly cheaper than anywhere else, of course, so value for money is still very good.

As others have noted, the packaging is not ideal: some bubble wrap and a corrugated cardboard sleeve. Not the end of the world, but not great.

Unfortunately, they are one of those companies that inexplicably insist on using Evri as their couriers, so expect your prints to be delivered late (mine was), and quite possibly to the wrong place. If they used a decent courier, this would be 4*.
