I ordered a left airpod and it wasn’t working properly that its sound was in much lower volume compared to my right airpod. I contacted the customer service via whatsapp and followed their guidelines.

So I sent back that left airpod and paid for the post delivery by myself, then the company refunded the delivery fee for me right away and sent another left airpod. It took almost a month for the whole process from the day I made the order till when I received a new working product, but honestly I am very happy with the customer service and product value compared to product price.
