We had the most beautiful picture which required framing and although we initially 'knew' which frame we wanted (to match others at home) once we had spoken with Kevin and Zoe we realised that we needed to match the frame to the picture (not to other pictures!) to get the best result... and best result is exactly what we got, and more. Had a face-to-face visit to their studio where we received excellent advice and guidance, tried out several frames, looked at various glass, and received proper old fashioned customer service where you were not rushed and were treated as a valued customer. Although we noticed the tiniest scratch on the side of the frame once we got the picture home, this was remedied quickly, without fuss, without question and just goes to prove that their after sales service matches their excellent customer care and framing knowledge. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent experience . We had a canvas to stretch and frame and received first class advice and service. We had great communication all through the process, both face to face and email. Our canvas was beautifully framed and we are happy to recommend Eagle Gallery to anyone, whatever budget they may have.

"Kilimanjaro Perfection !"

Just before Christmas, I had the cunning - if a little last minute - plan to frame my daughter's cloth map of Kilimanjaro which she had brought back from her successful ascent. She had asked advice about it but didn't suspect I would get it done. Kevin at Eagle Framing advised me on how best to frame it and actually managed to get it done in time for Christmas despite having a number of pressing orders to process. He and his wife - it's a family business - are very pleasant and friendly, do excellent work and try very hard to make their customers happy. Result - daughter delighted and Brownie points for Dad.
