"SO HAPPY!"

Oh my days, I am so happy with Online Bedrooms.

It's always scary going with a DIY service because you are never sure how good the customer service will be but WOW we were so happy with the level of service and care we got with Online Bedrooms.

We had a slight issue with one of the panels and they were so quick to rectify it. We had a replacement panel in days.

It is quite an involved process to put them up and the instructions could be a little clearer, but if you are a confident DIYer you should be fine and if you get stuck, just give them a call they will soon be able to advise.

To be honest the end result makes up for any of the difficulty putting them together.

The quality of the materials is outstanding, someone told me that my wardrobes look like bespoke ones fitted by a carpenter.

My advice to anyone using this service is:

- Measure three times.
- Do not be afraid to ask the team for help or advice at any step.
- You'll want a jigsaw with a particleboard-friendly blade to scribe against the wall. Carve the wood upside down and don't worry about some light chips as they will be hidden by the caulk.
- Make sure you are not afraid of caulk to finish those gaps, it makes all the difference.

Follow those steps and you'll be the proud owner of wardrobes that look like they cost three times the price.

"Phenomenal customer service"

The customer service at Online Bedrooms is phenomenal. Such a brilliant idea to be able to design exactly what you need to fit the space you have. My experience with Ellie the designer was fantastic - she was very thorough and got in touch to make sure the design in practise met my needs. Delivery was also much quicker than for other companies. This is clear when you order but part of the reason the company is so much cheaper is because you install the wardrobes yourself, or pay for a third party to install them. This includes needing to cut the side pieces to fit with a circular or jigsaw. Clearly it’s unlikely you as an individual have those tools, and our experience with the fitter was really poor. Kayleigh at online bedrooms has been fantastic and have sent out new side pieces free of charge where the fitter broke them on installation. The whole process would be a million times easier if we could pay the amount we paid the fitter to Online Bedrooms for them to fit the wardrobes - if that had been an option I would have leapt at it. Eventually we will have beautiful, perfectly fitting wardrobes so I would choose online bedrooms again but only use a fitter that I know and trust.

Our experience from start to finish has been excellent. I was a little nervous about how the remote process of developing wardrobe units would be, but after the first couple of emails with Blythe it became clear we were on the same wavelength of what we were trying to achieve. Always helpfully answering questions and surpassing expectations with a reply one evening at 9pm after something occurred to me.
Once we were happy with our design, with additional help from Blythe, our order was handled by Kayleigh who gave us an estimated delivery date followed by a specific date and time slot.
Our delivery was spot on with everything well packed and labelled. The individual panels were also labelled which is a great help with sorting prior to assembly.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
