I never thought I would have to write up a major social media factor like Clickbank, but C'est la vie, there we are. I subscribed to them and, being a rookie in the arena, ordered several upsells in order to get set up and trigger factors that would ease my creation of lead generation for the health supplement business I was PLANNING to run.
I made 3 different purchases in rapid succession, totaling $202.99 that would provide me with the training and resources i needed. AFTER I PAID FOR & CONFIRMED payment for the the classes/resources, I went to the site to login and set up my account, only to find that they had ALREADY DECLINED my registrations.
They have NEVER sent me an email to that effect. They have NEVER cancelled their end of accepting my payments, and they NEVER contacted me afterwards to offer some type of explanation. I called their only listed phone number to seek some solace, only to find out that theat number only handles concerns about actual product purchases that people make thru Clickbank, NOT their classes/training. I was instructed to email them which I have done to no avail.
Along with Trustpilot, which has ALWAYS been a beacon of light in settling issues, I am filing reports with the Attorney Generals in Idaho, where Clickbank is addressed, and Delaware, where they are incorporated, so we'll see what happens.
UPDATE 2/19/25
As you can see below, a "Jennifer Beevers", one of the VP's of Clickbank put in her 2 cents as a reply, and TWO of the 3 sales I understand from Paypal are in refund process, but they decided to only give me back a PARTIAL refund for the THIRD sale, even though I haven't gotten ANYTHING from them! So they've decided to play a chess match and squeeze any little fraudulent piece they can get apparently.
Fine. everything is going to the Idaho Attorney General's office, and I have also contacted the all news radio station in Boise, as well as local news media to spread the word.
