"Misquoted shipping cost"

I ordered the product and selected my delivery location (Madeira) from their drop down options. I prepared a wall in my home for the arriving product, I paid for the product in full, including shipping costs. Two weeks later I was informed the delivery fee was not $75 but $455 because Madeira was an island. They said they needed to remove Madeira from their options for the quoted delivery fee.

They then offered to refund my purchase though it has been 4 days and I have not yet received the refund.. and I have a wall I now need to repaint.
